Good Fat Life 60-Day Glow Up Challenge!
We at Good Fat Life recognize our creature comfort nature and have created a self-care challenged design to inspire you to take at least one daily action for 60 days that supports your overall well-being. You must commit to spending 15 minutes a day for 60 days doing something supporting your self-care. Use the avocado tree from the challenge kit you receive when you register to record your progress by coloring in an avocado and uploading it when your 60 days are complete! We have a few local businesses supporting your success by hosting various pop-up events that will be fun, inspiring and free of charge! The schedule of events will be posted above and at each participating company.

Activities include an introspective movement, meditation and sound bath, exploring the effect of what you eat has on your overall wellness, door prizes, and a Good Fat Life gift bag!
And what better way to care for ourselves than with nourishing food and beverage? Your senses will be treated to an inspired feast, Good Fat snacks, AND a mocktail tea party featuring delightful surprises! Give a boost to your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being at this event full of wonder!
